  1. 1. Is it compulsory to register for an upgraded membership before accessing material on your site and if so why is this not made crystal clear at the point of requesting registration for the site?
    2. Specifically, is there an Ordinary or Standard membership that would enable me to assess the quality of your service and material before upgrading?

      Hi Bullsinc,
Thank you for your questions. Here are quick answers:
      1. There’s a lot of content on the website that is accessible without being logged in. It’s made crystal clear by the phrase “Log in & Upgrade” in currently, approximately 90% of places where the registration forms are placed. We’ll try and make it 100% soon.
      2. Once you’ve registered you’re an Ordinary or Standard member; but that doesn’t give you any special access. Upgrading is required to gain full access to the site’s content. Again, there’s so much content that is accessible to everyone without being logged-in and/or registered: you could/should use that to assess the quality of our service and material before upgrading.
