REFUND POLICY – Membership Products
Membership products bought are fully refundable if you cancel within five (5) hours. So long as you inform us via WhatsApp and/or online form that you are cancelling and therefore want a refund - within five hours after your payment, you'll be refunded in full. However after five hours have elapsed you lose your right to a refund. NB: We make refunds to MTN wallets only.
REFUND POLICY – PDF Products
PDF items sold on this website are sold on ‘as is’ basis. Unlike membership subscriptions/purchases which are 100% refundable within five hours of purchase, PDF items you buy on this site are non-refundable.
